JohnHope Automotive created its Buyback Protection Policy to provide buyers with peace of mind. Every car that we sell has passed our rigorous quality standards, however mistakes do happen. If the vehicle does not meet the terms detailed below, we will gladly buy back your vehicle.

Vehicle Qualifications

All vehicles with a final sale price greater than $25,000 and an odometer reading of less than 100,000 miles are eligible for Buy Back Protection.

Buy Back Protection Checklist

The following items and areas are included as part of the post-sale inspection. The checklist applies to defects that are singularly $500 or more to repair or replace or $800 cumulatively.

• Transmission Engages and Functions
• Engine Function and Operation
• 4X4 System Engagement
• ABS/Brakes Function
• Paintwork Inspected
• Flood Inspection
• Electrical Accessories Checked for Function
• Emission Control Equipment Present
• Air Conditioning System Compressor Engagement Check
• Supplemental Restraint System/Airbags Check
• Frame or Unibody Structure Checked for Damage

Buy Back Guarantee

•  All items checked in the post-sale inspection are guaranteed for 10 days after the sale.
• If an item or part that was inspected fails during that period, the item will be replaced or repaired at JohnHope Automotive’s expense.
• Vehicles challenged for issues must have 150 miles or less accumulated on the
  odometer between the time of sale and the challenge date.
